Description

This vital, newly created role will conduct demographics research, mapping and count extraction for our clients’ direct marketing projects from proprietary sources as well as from open sources on the Internet.  Specialized training will be provided for this 20 hour per week position which may expand to full-time within the next 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Receive, understand and research various types of report requests
• Identify best source to obtain information for specific requests
• Produce reports and maps and send them to clients in PDF format
• Respond to follow-up queries and provide additional information

Responsibilities

• Responsible for consistently completing print and mailing projects accurately and on-schedule
• Deliver mail to USPS Bulk Mail Department
• Perform routine shipping and receiving duties
• Control of supplies and raw material inventory 

Skills

• 1 year experience in production, marketing and/or process coordination

• Ability to handle inbound calls from prospects or customers

• Prior telemarketing experience
• Ability to prioritize, organized, focused and self-motivated
• Very comfortable with the use of the computer and the Internet and have a dedicated, properly equipped workspace at home to be able to fulfill this function
