Fast Track Dental Postcard Marketing
MARKOTS Fast Track is a direct marketing campaign expediting channel available to our new dental clients nationwide. This channel can reduce time-to-market by 50% by streamlining some processes. Typically it takes 3-4 weeks for a new project to be taken from concept to design, print, fulfillment and for the advertising piece to be in front of your potential client. However, projects in the Fast Track get priority handling on our side and the mail piece can be in front of the recipient in 10-14 days. Fast Track is available only to specific categories of businesses including dental practices.
There is no additional fee or cost involved in this process. However, you need to pay using the Fast Track Postcard Marketing Online Secure Form and therefore need to have a clear idea on how many pieces you wish to send out (minimum 1,000 pcs) the first time. You also need to send us your design instructions and count/map request after payment made.
Please follow these steps:
1) Please pay online using our Fast Track Postcard Marketing Secure Form. You can order 1,000-12,000 pieces using this channnel. For higher quantities, please contact us directly.
2) Initiate a Count Request Process using one of our demographics forms soon after payment made. Depending on the type of mailing (neighborhood saturation, consumer targeted or new movers), you will fill an appropriate form. Counts and maps will be sent for your review and eventual approval. The goal of this exercise is to help you finalize the mailing list.
Neighborhood Saturation - Can mail to radius around location, full zip codes or specific neighborhoods. Mail piece is addressed " Current Resident"
Consumer Targeted - can reach by income, age, gender, marital status, presence of children in the household, ethnicity etc. Mail piece will be addressed with name of head of the household. Targeted mailings cost more per piece than neighborhood saturation mailings.
New Movers - can target new movers in the area. Mail piece will be addressed to the head of household.
3) Send us design instructions by filing an appropriate design instruction form. We can design from scratch or you may want to follow an existing design/template - a popular option. We have two dental postal galleries, one for general dental postcards and another specifically for new-mover designs. Our designers will modify these designs for your dental practice based on the instructions that you submit.
If you are using your own designer and wish to submit print-ready files, then you will need to follow these instructions for file uploads. Proofs will be sent for your review and eventual approval whichever option is selected.
